Savings Plans Record-keeping

BenFlex maintains comprehensive benefit plan records for more than 7,000 plan members in Western Canada. These plans include:

• Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSPs) including Group RRSPs.

• Defined Contribution Pension Plans (DCPPs).

• Administration of Registered Retirement Income Funds (RRIFs) Life Income Funds (LIFs) for clients registered savings plans.

• Tax Free Savings Accounts (TFSAs).

• Non-registered Savings Plans.

• Deferred Profit Sharing Plans.

For our clients who take advantage of our record-keeping services, we offer secure and confidential online access for plan members any time of the week.  Plan members can make online changes and request payments. BenFlex staff members process the payments in our office, reducing the risk of fraud or illegal access to our systems.

We also offer a call center service, for an additional cost, where plan members can call our office during business hours and obtain answers to their questions.  Lauralyn Henson and Carmen Poetschke are our call center staff.

All plan member funds are held and maintained by our custodian and trustee, Canadian Western Trust.
