Managed by Michael and David, BenFlex is continuously evolving its secure online systems to better serve clients.

All of our systems maintain personal data on a confidential basis.  Our systems are designed to administer a variety of benefit plans, including

  • Group RRSPs

  • Defined Contribution Pension Plans

  • Defined Benefit Pension Plans (DBPPs)

  • Registered and Non-registered Savings Plans

  • Deferred Profit-sharing Plans

  • Tax Free Savings Accounts (TFSAs)

Payments to plan members can be initiated online.  However, BenFlex staff members process all payments in our office, reducing the risk of fraud or illegal access to our systems.

For our clients who take advantage of our record-keeping services, we offer secure online access for plan members any day or time of the week. 

Currently, we are integrating our systems with the financial planning services we offer to our plan members.
